Vision

To recognize and celebrate motherhood as the ultimate full-time profession. Society should finally admit that turning tiny chaos agents into functional humans is actually harder than most C-suite jobs. Let's create a world where caregiving is valued, supported, and rewarded.

Purpose

To flip the script from "motherhood is a labor of love" to "motherhood is labor, period." This policy aims to professionalize and dignify the work of mothers, ensuring financial security, emotional support, and institutional recognition. Because raising the future isn't a side hustle — it's the main event.
